Our Process

1. Assessment and testing

We inspect the affected area and find out how far the damage goes. When testing is needed, our hygienist handles mold air sampling so we know what we're dealing with before work starts.

2. Containment

We seal the work area with poly barriers and set up negative air pressure with HEPA air scrubbers. This keeps spores out of the rest of your home. We lay floor protection wherever we travel.

3. Removal

We cut out and remove contaminated drywall, insulation and other materials. Everything is bagged and sealed before it leaves the containment.

4. Cleaning and treatment

We HEPA-vacuum and clean remaining surfaces, including framing, and treat them to prevent regrowth.

5. Clearance testing

Before we take down the containment, our hygienist can do post-remediation air testing to confirm the area is clean.

6. A spotless finish

Our crews are known for leaving job sites cleaner than they found them, ready for your rebuild.

Can I remove mold myself?

Small surface spots, roughly under a square metre, can often be cleaned by a homeowner. Larger areas, mold inside walls, or mold that returns should be handled by professionals with proper containment.

Do I need to leave my home during mold removal?

It depends on the size and location of the job. For larger jobs, or if anyone in the home has breathing problems, we usually recommend staying elsewhere while the work is underway.

How long does mold remediation take?

Most residential jobs take 1–3 days. If testing is needed, standard lab turnaround is about 72 hours, and rush service is available.
